Melanie Arroyo is a highly qualified Mortgage Loan Originator who’s passion, integrity, and motivation to help others has made her a highly respected member of the mortgage community in NJ. Starting in this business back in 2000, Melanie has dedicated herself to giving her clients a personalized experience during the mortgage process. She feels that home ownership is part of the American Dream, and strives to ensure that people from all walks of life can achieve the dream of homeownership. Melanie is also an affiliate member of NAHREP North Jersey, NAHREP Union & Essex, 2019's Chairman of affiliates for Greater Bergen Realtors, and NCJAR (North Central Jersey Association of Realtors) affiliate member. She feels that “being a part of these organizations gives her up to date knowledge of all changes occurring in the mortgage and real estate industry”

Who is Fred? This is Fred....
Fred’s full name is Freddy Mac
Fred was delivered to Mortgage NOW, Inc back in 2016 as a surprise delivery for Melanie. The only note given with Fred stated that “you deserve this bear”. To date- nobody has ever confessed to giving Fred as a gift. It is a mystery to this day. Fred is an official member of our team. He attends a lot of our events, and at every closing, every borrower receives an official “Fred Keychain”. When clients stop by the office, they can be nervous about the home buying experience. When Fred is brought into the room, he provides a sense of comfort even for the toughest of people. We have a Fred “wall” of all of our clients and referral partners who stop by and take pictures with Fred. Please come by anytime to take a picture with Fred and be added to the wall collage.
